Granulation / Coating / Compression / Capsulation
Position : Officer to Senior Executive
Qualification : B Pharm / M Pharm
Experience : 02 - 12 Years
Required skills : Supervise and execute manufacturing activities in Granulation, Coating, Compression, and Capsulation as per cGMP and approved SOPs; Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper batch setting, material handling, cleaning, and equipment performance; Ensure compliance with BMR/BPR, in-process checks, documentation/area/equipment cleaning, and safety requirements; Coordinate SOP training, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), audit-trail review, and OEE activities as applicable; Ensure timely execution of production activities while maintaining cGMP, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
QMS & Documentation Cell
Position : Executive to Senior Executive
Qualification : B Pharm / M Pharm
Experience : 04 - 10 Years
Required skills : Manage BMR/BPR, SOPs, eLogbooks, and manufacturing documentation as per cGMP; Handle Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and Investigation activities; Ensure document control, review, reconciliation, and timely closure; Coordinate with QA, Production, and cross-functional teams for QMS compliance.
Granulation
Position : Operator
Qualification : Diploma / ITI
Experience : 02 - 12 Years
Required skills : Operate and clean manufacturing equipment as per current SOPs and cGMP requirements; Maintain manufacturing areas, equipment, tooling, and change parts in proper condition; Follow required cGMP, SOP, safety, and operational procedures; Perform manufacturing activities and material handling as per approved procedures and supervisor instructions.
