Government Organizations, Directorate General of Health Services   (DGHS)  of Government NCT of Delhi is the major agency related     to health care delivery. The DGHS is also the largest department   under Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of NCT of   Delhi providing health care  facilities at primary and secondary   level to the citizens of Delhi   through various types of health   outlets, spread all over Delhi viz. Dispensaries and Health Centres,   School Health Clinics and Mobile Health Clinics.

Applications are invited for recruitment of following manpower purely on contract basis for deployment in the Central Government Hospital, Delhi NCR.

Pharmacist
No of posts : 05
Essential Qualification : Essential:- i) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/ Board 
ii) Should be a registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. 
Desirable i) Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/ University
ii) Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or institution or in a drug store or a pharmaceutical concern
Consolidated Pay per month (in Rs.) : Rs.28,444/-

Patient Care Manager (PCM) 
No of posts : 05
Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences with full time Post Graduate Qualification in Hospital (or Healthcare) Management from recognized University. 
Experience : At least one year experience in a hospital after the Post-Graduation degree. 
Role and Responsibilities : Management of the patient care coordinators. Ensure that the PCCs are in full attendance and ensure replacement/ alternative in case of absenteeism. Act as the first point of escalation for any issues that are reportedly PCC’s. Management of patient movement from waiting area to respective OPDs in batches. 
Consolidated Pay per month (in Rs.) : Rs.30,000/-

Selection Process
1. Applications shall be invited from eligible candidates through the advertisement published by BECIL. 
2. Applications received shall be scrutinized and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective post. 
3. Mere possession of the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and other eligibility requirements shall not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection process. 
4. Preference may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience, or any other desirable criteria, as determined by the Client/Principal Employer. 
5. BECIL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including but not limited to higher qualifications, greater relevant experience, or any other criteria deemed appropriate. 
6. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for further selection process, including interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation method as may be decided by the Client. 
7. Shortlisted candidates shall be informed regarding the date, time, and venue/mode of interview, assessment, or skill test (if any) through registered email and/or telephone. Candidates are advised to keep their email address and mobile number active and updated. 
8. Candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer shall be informed regarding their selection and subsequent formalities through email and/or telephone. 
9. BECIL shall not be under any obligation to publish or upload interim results, stage-wise shortlists, or marks obtained by candidates. Only the final result, comprising the list of candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer, shall be published on the official website of BECIL. 
10. The decision of the Client/Principal Employer and BECIL in all matters relating to eligibility, shortlisting, selection, and engagement shall be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.


General Instructions
1. Candidates are advised to carefully read all instructions contained in this advertisement and ensure that the application is submitted in the prescribed manner. 
2. Candidates must furnish all particulars in the application form accurately and completely. No request for modification, correction, or alteration of any information submitted in the application shall be entertained after submission.

6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending any test, document verification, interview, personal interaction, skill test, or for joining duties upon selection. 
7. Preference may be given to local candidates and/or candidates possessing relevant experience in the same or similar department, subject to the requirements of the Client/Principal Employer. 
8. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be considered for further stages of the selection process. 
9. Mere submission of an application does not confer any right upon a candidate to be shortlisted, called for any stage of selection, or selected for engagement. 
10. The candidature of candidates at all stages shall remain provisional and shall be subject to verification of original documents relating to age, qualification, experience, category, and other eligibility conditions. Verification may be undertaken at any stage of the recruitment process or after selection. 

11. Candidates must ensure that their registered e-mail ID and mobile number are valid, active, and correctly entered in the application form. BECIL shall not be responsible for any loss of communication due to incorrect or inactive contact details furnished by the candidate. 
12. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications for each post. The prescribed application processing fee shall be payable separately for each post applied for.

18. The number of vacancies notified in this advertisement is tentative and may increase or decrease depending upon the requirements of the Client/Principal Employer.

20. All decisions of BECIL and/or the Client/Principal Employer regarding eligibility, shortlisting, selection methodology, interviews, assessments, and final selection shall be final and binding on all candidates.

22. Any dispute arising out of this recruitment process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi. 
23. Shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce original documents along with one set of self- attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and testimonials at the time of document verification, interview, or personal interaction. 
24. Candidates who were previously engaged by BECIL and/or the Client and whose services were terminated, discontinued, or not renewed on account of disciplinary action, misconduct, unsatisfactory performance, or violation of contractual terms shall not be eligible for consideration under this advertisement. 
25. The application processing fee once paid shall be non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
