Position : Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience : 2–8 Years
Lab – QA
• Verification of QC instruments and their usage logbook entries.
• Electronics data reconciliation & audit trail verification of QC instruments.
• Online review of analytical reports & logbooks.
• Test plan review & approval in LIMS.
• Online review of QC laboratory activities.
• Handling of Laboratory Deviation, OOS, OOT and root-cause investigation.
IPQA – OSD
• Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities.
• Carry out in-process checks and perform IPQA activities in warehouse, manufacturing and packing areas.
• Online review of BMR, BPR, labels & logbooks.
• Check SOPs & cGMP compliances on shop floor.
• Carry out process validation, hold-time study as per protocol.
Oral Solid Dosage — Manufacturing
Position : Officer & Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Pharm
Experience : 3–7 Years
Job Description
• Exposure to manufacturing operations including:
o Granulation
o Compression
o Coating
o Capsule filling
o BMR / E-BPR / eLog
o SAP / QMS / TRIMS
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
Oral Solid Dosage — Packing
Position : Officer & Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience : 3–7 Years
Job Description
• Primary packing & secondary packing.
• Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will be added advantage.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
Liquid Dosage — Jelly
Manufacturing
Position : Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm
Experience : 1–9 Years
