Education : M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm.
Job Description :
• Vaccine formulation development & physicochemical characterization.
• Antigen adsorption at GMP scale (bulk & formulations – liquid/lyophilised).
• Handle basic GMP documentation (SOP's, protocols & reports).
• Operate GLP equipment (viscometers, particle size analyser, lyophiliser, centrifuges, homogenisers, pH & conductivity meters, etc.).
MSAT
Experience : 3–6 Years
Education : M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. (in relevant Life Sciences / Biotechnology disciplines)
Job Description :
• Routine mammalian adherent cell culture (aseptic conditions).
• Monitor cell morphology, viability & growth.
• Work with large-scale systems (T75, T175, roller bottles, cell stacks / cell factories).
• cGMP & aseptic techniques, filtration techniques, preparation of cell and virus banks.
IPQA
Experience : 8–10 Years
Education : M.Pharm. / M.Sc. (in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences)
Job Description :
• Ensure GMP & regulatory compliance for vaccine manufacturing & quality.
• Review & approve batch records, deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations related to vaccine products.
• Conduct line clearances, process validations and cleaning validations.
• Support quality risk management and continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
Preferred : Vaccine experience is preferred.
