Bioanalytical
Job Responsibilities :
• Oversee development, validation and sample analysis for pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays.
• Review bioanalytical protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), analytical runs, and final study reports.
Qualifications :
M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences
Experience: 4–8 Years
Analytical
Job Responsibilities :
• Perform physicochemical characterization of biosimilar products using state-of-the-art analytical techniques.
• Develop, optimize, qualify, and troubleshoot analytical methods for product characterization and comparability assessment.
Qualifications :
M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related Life Sciences
Experience: 3–10 Years
Manufacturing (DSP/USP)
Job Responsibilities :
• Upstream: Mammalian/cell culture techniques, including single-use bioreactors, shake flasks, and perfusion.
• Downstream: Mammalian/cell culture techniques, including protein purification using chromatography, TFF, and virus filtration.
Qualifications :
Life Science Graduate/Postgraduate (M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology)
Experience: 4–10 Years
