Position : Officer
Experience : 2–5 years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Department : QC – Formulation (FG / In-Process) — Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
Job Profile :
• Analyze finished products using tests such as HPLC, RS, SCU, Spray Pattern, APSD (NGI), DU, FPM, physical tests, Operate and maintain instruments including HPLC/GC, Chromeleon, UV, pH meter and Spray View.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11, with accurate QC documentation.
QA – Formulation (IPQA)
Position : Officer
Experience : 2–5 years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Department : QA – Formulation (IPQA) — Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
Job Profile :
• Experience in IPQA activities for MDI & DPI formulations, including line clearance, sampling, AQL inspection, retention sample management, BMR/BPR review (Pass-X), APQR preparation and cleaning validation document review.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, documentation practices, pharmaceutical quality systems.
QA – Formulation (IPQA & QMS)

Job Profile :
• Experience in IPQA activities for MDI & DPI formulations, line clearance, sampling, AQL inspection, retention sample management and BMR/BPR review (Pass-X).
• QMS activities, deviation/OOS investigation support, APQR preparation and handling BMR/BPR documentation review.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP and pharmaceutical quality systems.
QC – API (RM Analysis)
Position : Officer
Experience : 2–5 years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Job Profile :
• In-process, HT and stability testing of API products using HPLC, UV, GC, IR and Polarimeter.
• Laboratory documentation as per GMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
• OOS/OOT investigation support.
QC – Formulation (OSD Stability Section)
Position : Officer
Experience : 2–5 years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Job Profile :
• Perform stability testing of formulation products as per approved protocols.
• Analysis using HPLC, UV, Dissolution and other analytical instruments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with cGMP, GLP and Data Integrity requirements.
• Timely completion of stability studies and reporting.

• Analysis of ophthalmic finished products using parameters such as Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution, PSD by Malvern and various physical tests in compliance with quality standards.
• Operation and calibration of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC (Chromeleon software), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, Analytical Balance and pH Meter.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity principles and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Production Filling — Nasal & Derma
Position : Operator
Experience : Minimum 2 years
Qualification : ITI / B.Sc. / Diploma
Job Profile :
• Experience in filling area, particularly Nasal / Topical Formulation (Derma).
• Exposure to filling equipment such as Nasal filling machine (DARA), Derma filling machine, bottle filling and capping machine (PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Marchesini), and Tube Filling Machine (Norden and IMA-PG).
• Experience in working with nasal spray, solution and suspension in batch packing operation.
• Having experience in BMR in Pass-X preferred.
Production Packing — Nasal & Derma
Position : Operator
Experience : 2–8 years
Qualification : ITI / B.Sc. / Diploma
Job Profile :
• Packing activities for nasal formulations.
• Exposure to packing equipment such as Sticker Labelling Machine, Cartoning Machine (IMA-PG), Printing and Scanning System (JEXSON).
• Experience with nasal spray, solution and suspension in batch packing operation.
• Experience in BMR in Pass-X preferred.
Production – Manufacturing — Sterile / Ophthalmic
Position : Operator

• Clean room operations.
• Steam sterilizer load preparation.
• Handling vessels, homogenizers and CIP/SIP.
• Filter integrity and glove leak testing.

HVAC & Water System — Utility Operation
Position : Fitter / Electrician
Experience : Minimum 5 years

Job Profile :
• Operation of AHU, chiller, cooling tower and dehumidifier with DP, temperature and RH monitoring.
• Operation of PW/WFI system, MOP, pure steam generator, distribution loop, sanitization, filter integrity, BMS/SCADA logs.
Process Engineering — Process Maintenance
Position : Officer
Experience : 5–6 years
Qualification : B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
Job Profile :
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of process and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC/HMI and utility systems.
• Maintain maintenance records in SAP-PM/CMMS and support audits.
• IQ/OQ/PQ support, calibration, change control, deviation & CAPA, spare planning and AMC coordination.
