Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, is a self-financing higher educational institution that started its operations in 1953 by establishing the first self-financing medical college as Public Private collaboration model. Over the years various institutions have been added and finally, in June 1993, this group of institutions have been declared as a Deemed to be University by the Govt. of India. Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, invites applications from eligible candidates for the Research positions under ICMR-funded project titled “Development and Clinical Validation of a Point-of-Need Therapeutic Drug Monitoring–Guided Precision Dosing Platform for Polymyxin B in Critically Ill Patients with Renal Impairment” at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), Manipal.
Project Research Scientist – I (Non- Medical) (Post : 1)
Qualification : First Class Post Graduate Degree (Pharm D/M Pharm – Pharmacology/Medical Devices) or integrated PG degrees with three years’ experience or PhD Essential: Prior research experience in design, development and clinical validation of point-of-care (POC) devices, and good scientific writing skills.

Remuneration Monthly : Rs. 56,000/- + 10% HRA
Project Technical Support – III (Post : 3)
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D/ M Pharm – Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Pharmacology)
Experience : Prior experience in handling and executing tasks related to clinical studies is highly desirable.
Desirable : Candidates with interest in computational chemistry tools or pharmacokinetic modelling or analytical method development or evidence synthesis with good oral and written communication skills.
Remuneration Monthly : Rs. 28,000/- + 10% HRA
