Life Sciences Fellowship under WHO CCRAS and IMR project

This institute intends to engage 02 Senior Research Fellow (Medical- Ayu) and 01 Senior Research Fellow (Non-Medical) on a contractual basis for ongoing WHO CCRAS collaborative Research & other CCRAS IMR project for the year 2026-27.

Work Place : CARI, Mumbai
Essential : A life sciences degree from a recognized University. Desirable: Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualifications, viz. Master's in Life Sciences and have previous clinical research experience, i.e., having worked for any research project funded by the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST, or equivalent organization.
Desirable for all :
i. Training and experience of systematic review and metaanalysis.
ii. Skill of Drafting/editing of scientific documents / articles / Technical Reports.
iii. Publication in peer-reviewed journals. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Age Limit : Maximum 35 years

Remuneration : Rs. 42,000 + HRA (30%) (per month, consolidated)

General Conditions
1. The eligibility of the candidate in respect of age will be determined as on 01.01.2026. (Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC as provided in the Govt of India orders)
2. The engagement would be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the respective project. No claim for continuance or regular appointment will be entertained.
3. The Selection Committee has the right to select or reject the application of the candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
4. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for attending the interview.
5. Extension of tenure may be considered on a need basis and based on the performance of the incumbents.
