Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for the Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position for Department of Biotechnology (DBT) funded project titled Study to Evaluate the Disease modifying Potential of Intranasal Administration of Dental Pulp Stem Cells Exosomes in an Animal Model of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), Bengaluru (A unit of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, MAHE, Manipal, Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University).
Qualification:
• M.Sc. in Life Science
• Two years’ research experience in Neuroscience and seizure data analysis.
• Sound knowledge and experience in exosome isolation, characterization of exosome, rodent handling, animal surgery and electrode implantation, animal electroencephalography (EEG), animal model of epilepsy, animal behavior & seizure analysis.
• Publication in international peer-reviewed journals as first or co-author in project related field.
Duration: For SIX months. Extendable on performance/need basis.
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35,000 + HRA @ 24% on consolidated pay per month.
