Eligibility & Qualifications
Serving / retired professionals from Central/State Government institutions, autonomous bodies, universities, or recognized organizations such as teachers, lecturers, professors, certified coaches, retired athletes, healthcare professionals, anti-doping specialists.
• Teachers/Lecturers/Professors : Graduate degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Mass Communication, Hindi, English or related field; preference to higher qualifications/3+ years’ experience.
• Certified Coaches / Former or Retired Athletes : Advanced degree or certification course; proven coaching/athletic achievements at National/International level.
• Anti-Doping Specialists / Healthcare Professionals: MBBS, Pharmacy, Nursing, Sports Medicine or related field with valid license/experience

Job Description
• Conduct awareness programs, workshops, seminars for athletes and Athlete Support Personnel (ASP).
• Stay updated on national/international anti-doping regulations, including the WADA Code.
• Maintain session records, submit reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality, inclusivity, and professionalism in all educational engagements.

Remuneration
• In person: ₹3,000 per event/day
• Online Session : ₹1,000/- per session
TA as per Govt. of India norms applicable to govt. official when performing outstation duties.
