H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B healthcare and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) based in Madhya Pradesh, with its manufacturing facility located at Smart Industrial Park, Pithampur. The company develops and manufactures nutraceutical, herbal, Ayurvedic and healthcare products, with capabilities covering R&D, formulation development, manufacturing, packaging and private-label solutions.
We are expanding our R&D team and looking for passionate professionals with hands-on experience in Nutraceutical Product Development, Formulation, Scale-Up & Technology Transfer.

1. R&D Manager / Team Lead – Tablets & Softgels
Experience: 7–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead formulation development of tablets and softgels
• Develop bilayer, effervescent, chewable tablets and advanced softgel formulations
• Manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization
• Evaluate active ingredients, excipients and innovative raw materials
• Oversee accelerated and real-time stability studies
• Troubleshoot formulation and compatibility challenges
• Ensure alignment with applicable FSSAI and regulatory requirements
2. Technology Transfer / Scale-Up Specialist – R&D to Plant
Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technology transfer from R&D to pilot and commercial scale
• Execute scale-up and pilot trials for tablets, softgels and powders
• Identify and optimize Critical Process Parameters (CPPs)
• Prepare Technology Transfer Dossiers, trial protocols and MBMRs
• Troubleshoot plant-level scale-up challenges
• Work closely with R&D, Production, QA, QC and Engineering teams
• Ensure smooth transfer of processes and product knowledge to manufacturing
3. Senior R&D Executive / Scientist – Powder Formulations
Experience: 3–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize nutraceutical powder formulations
• Work on protein supplements, meal replacements, hydration mixes, collagen and functional powders
• Conduct bench-scale formulation and prototype trials
• Optimize solubility, dispersibility, flow properties and anti-caking characteristics
• Conduct taste masking, flavor and sweetener optimization
• Evaluate bulk/tapped density, LOD, angle of repose and particle size
• Maintain formulation trials, MFCs, SOPs and development documentation
4. Junior R&D Executive / Lab Associate
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily R&D formulation trials
• Weigh, dispense and blend raw materials for laboratory trials
• Support tablet, softgel and powder development activities
• Perform routine physical evaluations such as hardness, friability, disintegration, pH and moisture analysis
• Manage stability sample charging and monitoring
• Maintain R&D raw material and laboratory inventory
• Support laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and housekeeping
• Maintain accurate trial records and documentation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical / Food / Healthcare Product Development will be considered based on the respective role requirements.
