Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day completion of work allotted by the Executive.
• Follow GMP practices in the production department.
• Report deviations observed during operations.
• Provide suggestions for cost saving, productivity improvement, yield improvement and better working.
• Verify calibration to be carried as per schedule.
• Make entries in BMR, BPR and various registers as per procedures.
• Maintain discipline in the department.
• Follow safety rules & GMP during work as per SOP.
• Keep the working area, machine equipment and accessories clean.
• Attend day-to-day machine troubleshooting when required, minimize breakdown and maintain equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping of the area as per SOP.
• Dispense Raw Materials (R.M.) and Packing Materials (P.M.) as per requirement.
• Monitor and maintain documents & records related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Energy Management System (EnMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and audit requirements.
• Report near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to HODs and concerned persons.
Authorities
• Authority to fill entries in BMR, BPR & various registers as per procedures.
• Authority to dispense R.M. and P.M. as per requirement.
• Authority to identify hazards and report to the concerned person.
• Authority to stop any unsafe act, unsafe condition or activity that poses a risk to health, safety and the environment.
Accountabilities
• Maintain housekeeping of the area as per SOP.
• Keep the working area, machine equipment and accessories clean.
• Accountable for the entire manufacturing area and activities.
Qualifications & Skills
• Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience : Minimum 2 years in LTP/Production (Shampoo or similar products)
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, Safety & Documentation
• Strong problem-solving, discipline and teamwork
• Proactive with a commitment to quality & safety
