Experience in managing:
• Clinical quality dashboards
• Documentation
• Multidisciplinary coordination
Key Requirements
• Good knowledge and practical understanding of NABH 6th Edition standards and guidelines.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy activities and medication safety.
• Ability to handle and maintain clinical quality indicator dashboards.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of quality indicators.
• Experience in clinical audits, quality improvement projects (QIPs), RCA, CAPA, and compliance monitoring is preferred.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, quality, and other hospital departments.
