Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Bhopal invites applications from Indian Nationals in the prescribed form for the following vacant Group B & Group C positions by Direct Recruitment at ICMR- Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Bhopal-462038. The last date of submission of application is 16th Oct 2026 (30 days) up to 05:00 PM.

Only those applications will be considered which are successfully registered through the portal and found in order. Candidates are advised to go through the recruitment notification carefully before applying for the respective post and ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria including age-limit, educational qualifications, reservation category etc., as indicated in this notice. Candidature of the applicant shall be purely PROVISIONAL at all stages of the recruitment process. Candidature of the applicants not meeting the eligibility conditions as per the advertisement will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process without any notice even after joining.

Pharmacist 
No of post : 1 (UR-1)
Pay Level : Level–5 in Pay Matrix Rs. 29,200 - 92,300 plus allowances as admissible under ICMR rules. 
Required Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Class 12th pass in science stream; 
(ii) Two years Diploma in pharmacy; 
(iii) Registered with the Pharmacy Council of State. 
Age Limit :  Not exceeding 27 years

Store In-charge 
No of post : 1 (UR-1)
Pay Level : Level–5 in Pay Matrix Rs. 29,200 - 92,300 plus allowances as admissible under ICMR rules. 
Required Essential Qualification & Experience : Essential : Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy with 5 years experience as storekeeper in (Medical Store) 
Desirable : Degree in material management or store management. Proficiency in computer (MS office / Excel / internet usage etc.) 
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years

Store Keeper 
No of post : 1 (UR-1)
Pay Level : Level–4 in Pay Matrix Rs. 25,500 - 81,100 plus allowances as admissible under ICMR rules. 
Required Essential Qualification & Experience : Essential : (i) 10+2 with Science subjects; 
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy with two years experience as Store Keeper (Medical stores) Desirable : (i) Degree in Material Management / Store management; 
(ii) Proficiency in computer (MS Office / Excel / Internet usage etc.) 
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years

NOTE
I. Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the screening committee and Competent Authority for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Experience will be counted post Essential Qualification only. 
II. Out of the Group-C posts, one of the three posts of Technician (Medical) – Manifold and one post of Store Keeper are reserved for PwBD candidates under Category-B (Deaf and Hard of Hearing)

How to Apply
1. Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online through “BMHRC Website”: bmhrc.ac.in/ 
2. The registration and submission of the online application involve multiple steps. Candidates are advised to carefully read and follow the instructions provided on the home page of the portal under “Read Instructions” before proceeding with the registration and submission of the application. 
3. The candidates applying for the post should first confirm their eligibility as per advertisement. They should also ensure that they have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. Candidate should note that the e-mail ID and mobile number are to be kept active during the entire recruitment process. The candidates should ensure that the email ID is not shared or disclosed to anybody. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. The e-mail ID and Mobile Number is required for the initial registration. 
4. All eligible candidates willing to apply in response to this advertisement notice should visit BMHRC website: https://bmhrc.ac.in/ and register himself/ herself and apply well before the last date for filling up of online application form. For registration, one should fill details i.e. Name of candidate, AADHAR Number, Date of birth, gender, e-mail ID, mobile number etc. Upon successful registration, the Registration Number and Password you created, will be sent to the e-mail ID. 
5. Only online applications will be considered / accepted. Hard copy of applications shall not be considered. Issuing of Admit Card does not imply acceptance of candidature. Candidate(s) should note that no edit option will be available to them after submitting the application finally. Therefore, the candidates are advised to fill all the details regarding name, category, qualification, experience etc. carefully. Candidate will be solely responsible for any mistake in the data of application form. 
6. The application fee once paid shall neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances. 

7. The candidate should ensure that all the required details are duly filled in on the portal and that all relevant documents/annexures, wherever applicable, are uploaded in the prescribed manner. The candidate should also ensure successful payment of the prescribed application fee, wherever applicable. Incomplete applications, applications with missing documents/annexures, or applications for which the prescribed fee has not been successfully paid shall not be accepted, and the candidate shall be considered Ineligible for the recruitment process. 
8. Admit Cards will not be sent by post. This facility would be available on the above portal before the actual date of examination. 9. Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection / inability or failure to login to the portal on account of heavy load on the website towards the closing dates and internet connectivity issues. 
10. The BMHRC does not accept any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the BMHRC. 
11. The applicant should submit only one application for a particular post. Candidates applying for multiple posts are advised to note that the examinations for different posts may be scheduled on the same day and in the same shift. In such cases, the candidate will be able to appear for the examination of only one post. 
12. After successful submission of the online application, candidates must take a printout of the application form for submitting the same along with the duly self-attested requisite documents, as and when called for by the BMHRC, Bhopal after the conduct of CBT.


REGISTRATION / EXAMINATION FEE
i. SC/ST/PwBD/Women/ESM: Exempted from payment of fees. ICMR employees are not exempted from the payment of application fee for direct recruitment posts. 
ii. For all others: Rs. 590/- plus transaction/platform charges as applicable 
iii. The registration fee is “NON-REFUNDABLE” and “NON-ADJUSTABLE”: 
iv. The fee can be paid through online payment gateway available at the ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL using Debit/ Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI. 

SELECTION PROCEDURE:- 
i. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an Online Computer Based Test (CBT). Information for test will be provided in the Admit card. 
ii. After the CBT and Document verification wherever applicable, BMHRC will draw up the Merit List for each category of the post. 
iii. The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission at all stages of the examination will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If, on verification, at any time before or after the CBT, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, their candidature for the examination will be cancelled by BMHRC. NOTE: Selection of the above posts would be on the merit achieved by the candidate in the CBT and subsequent document verification by BMHRC as and when called for. As the Government of India has dispensed withholding of interview for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ (non-gazetted) posts, there will be no interview for these posts. 
iv. The candidates who are shortlisted for the next stage of selection will be required to submit self- attested copies of all the supporting documents in respect of Educational Qualification, Experience, Category, Age, Age-relaxation, etc. (as applicable) in hard copy, along with the printout of their online application form as and when called for. 
v. SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates, who are selected on their own merit without relaxed standards, along with candidates belonging to other communities, will not be adjusted against the reserved share of vacancies. Such SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates will be accommodated against the General/Unreserved vacancies in the post as per their position in the overall Merit List or vacancies earmarked for their category, whichever is advantageous. The reserved vacancies will be filled up separately from amongst the eligible SCs, STs, OBCs and PwBD candidates who are lower in merit than the last general candidate on merit list of unreserved category but otherwise found suitable for appointment by relaxed standard.

COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) & SYLLABUS : 
1. The CBT will be held in English and Hindi (except for English and Hindi language questions) of 120 minutes duration and will consist of 100 multiple choice objective type questions, totalling 100 marks. The CBT will consist of Section ‘A’ (General Intelligence / Awareness / Quantitative Aptitude / Computer Skills / English Language / Hindi Language) of 50 marks & Section ‘B’ (Subject related questions) of 50 marks. There will be no negative marking. 
2. Syllabus - Bilingual (English & Hindi) for each Cadre of Post will be uploaded on the website of BMHRC bmhrc.ac.in shortly. 
3. The CBT will be held in three cities viz. Bhopal, New Delhi and Nagpur. 
4. Following Documents are required at the time of document verification : 
(a) Certificate in Support of Age (10th) (b) Degree of concerned Speciality 
(c) Diploma / PG Degree 
(d) Registration with State Council 
(e) SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH certificate in prescribed format of Govt. of India 
(f) Experience Certificate is mandatory (If applicable) 
(g) No Objection Certificate is mandatory (If the candidate is already in Service with Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body etc.)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, modify, withdraw, cancel or change this advertisement, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason. 
2. Candidates are advised to read the advertisement and all instructions carefully and satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility before submitting the online application. 
3. The crucial date for determining age, educational qualification, experience and other eligibility conditions shall be 16th Oct 2026. 
4. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per the orders/rules of the Central Government in force. Candidates claiming age relaxation must furnish the prescribed supporting certificate/document. 
5. Candidates claiming reservation/relaxation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD or any other applicable category must possess and produce the prescribed certificates in the required format. Failure to furnish valid documents may result in rejection of the candidature/claim. 6. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) shall be eligible for reservation/relaxation as per applicable Government rules and subject to the suitability/identification of the post for the relevant disability category. 
7. Candidates belonging to reserved categories who qualify by availing relaxed standards, wherever applicable under the rules, shall be considered against reserved vacancies. PwBD candidates selected on their own merit may be appointed against reserved or unreserved vacancies, subject to applicable rules and post suitability.
8. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease at the discretion of the Competent Authority. 
9. Candidates are advised to submit their applications well before the closing date and not to wait until the last date, as BMHRC shall not be responsible for any technical/network-related difficulties or delays. 
10. Applications/candidature may be rejected or cancelled at any stage for incomplete applications, incorrect or false information, suppression of material facts, non-payment/incorrect payment of prescribed fee, failure to meet age/qualification/experience requirements, invalid or missing certificates, or any other irregularity. 

11. The candidate's name and date of birth must be entered exactly as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Certificate. The names of the father and mother should also be entered as recorded in the said certificate. Any mismatch may result in cancellation of candidature at any stage of the entire process. 
12. Candidates must upload a clear photograph and legible signature in the prescribed manner. Any significant variation in signature or an unclear photograph/signature may lead to rejection of the application. 
13. Candidature shall remain provisional until verification of eligibility and original documents. BMHRC may cancel candidature/selection at any stage if the candidate's claims are found to be false, incorrect or not substantiated by valid documents. 
14. The essential educational qualifications and experience prescribed for a post are only the minimum requirements and do not confer any right to selection. Candidates should mention all relevant qualifications and experience and keep documentary proof available for verification. 
15. A separate online application shall be submitted for each post for which the candidate wishes to apply. Candidates applying for multiple posts should note that examinations may be scheduled on the same day/shift and a candidate can appear for only one examination at a time. 
16. No change/correction in the particulars submitted in the online application shall be permitted after final submission. Candidates are therefore advised to verify all details carefully before submitting the application. 
17. The application fee, once paid, shall be non-refundable. 
18. Selection shall be made through Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Test (for Group-C post Personal Assistant) as specified in the advertisement. Admit card/examination credentials shall be communicated through the registered email address and/or BMHRC website, as applicable. Results, final selection and other recruitment-related notices/instructions shall be published on the BMHRC website. 
19. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the CBT. Candidates shall make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. 
20. The posts are liable to be filled at BMHRC, Bhopal and/or its Units. Selected candidates shall be liable to serve anywhere in India, as per the applicable service conditions. 

21. No request for a particular place of posting or transfer shall be entertained after selection. Inter- hospital/inter-institutional transfer shall also not be permitted, wherever applicable under the service conditions. 
22. No person who has entered into a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or who, having a spouse living, has entered into another marriage, shall be eligible for appointment, subject to exemptions permissible under the applicable Central Government rules/law. 
23. Candidates must satisfy the prescribed medical/physical standards applicable to the post. Appointment shall be subject to medical fitness as determined by the competent medical authority, in accordance with applicable rules. 
24. Candidates shall not carry prohibited items into the examination venue and shall not indulge in malpractice, unfair means or any other misconduct. Any candidate found under the influence of intoxicants/inebriated or involved in malpractice may be disqualified and dealt with as per applicable rules. 
25. Canvassing in any form, including political or outside influence, shall lead to disqualification. 
26. Any fake/fabricated application or registration, including misuse of the name/photo of any dignitary or other person, may invite cancellation of candidature and legal action under applicable law. The candidate and/or person facilitating such activity may be held responsible. 
27. BMHRC/Competent Authority shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information or documents furnished by the candidate. The competent authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the certificates submitted. If found incorrect, the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice. 
28. The decision of BMHRC/Competent Authority regarding eligibility, acceptance/rejection of applications, conduct of examination, examination centre, merit list, selection, debarment, initial posting and other recruitment matters shall be final and binding. 
29. No correspondence or personal inquiries regarding eligibility, application status, selection, merit or other recruitment matters shall be entertained, except as specifically provided in the advertisement. 
30. In case of any dispute arising out of this recruitment, the courts at Bhopal shall have jurisdiction.
