Job Description
Quality Control (API and FML)
1) Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients / Packing Material
2) Experiences in HPLC/ GC/ LCMS/ GCMS/ IR/ UV/ Dissolution/ Polarimeter/ Potentiometric titrations/ KF / PSD by Malvern & Other wet & Physical analysis
3) Awareness on current Data Integrity requirements & cGMP requirements, Stability studies
4) Knowledgeable in handling OOS/OOT/Deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP)
Quality Assurance (API and FML)
1) Review of BPR, batch cleaning record, test data sheet, Sampling of API finished goods.
2) Preparation of APQR
3) Handing of QMS document (Change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT) review.
4) Response preparation of customer queries & questioner
5) Review of qualification & validation document, investigation report, QRM etc.
6) Review of analytical documents, method validations, specifications, test methods. Audit trails of analytical tests and QC systems
Note : Minimum 60% in Highest Education is must for candidates having less than 5yrs exp. Candidates who have given interview within last 06 months are not eligible for interview.
