RGIPT invites applications from M.Pharm, MSc candidates for CST‐UP Sponsored Project

Applications are invited for the post of 01 Junior Research Assistant (JRA) at a fixed fellowship amount of Rs. 28,000/- per month to work on CST-UP sponsored project entitled “Natural green solvents from agricultural waste of local farmers to develop foaming agent in carbon viscosification, EOR, and sequestration for NET‐ZERO vision of climate change and pollution” sanctioned for 3 years.

Requirement of Junior Research Assistant (JRA) for CST‐UP Sponsored Project

Essential qualifications (as per CST‐UP R&D Guidelines, 1988) :
1. Junior Research Assistantship may be awarded to holders of M.Sc. (Ag.), M.Sc., M.Pharm., M.V.Sc., B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree with high academic attainment and First Class in graduate and postgraduate examination.
2. The upper age limit shall be 28 years as on 1st April, 2025 (relaxation as per CST-UP norms).

Eligibility condition : Only Indian citizens who are residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible.

Note : Knowledge on sequestration will be an advantage.
Duration : 6 months initially, extendable based on the performance in project (3 years).

Salient Points: ‐
1. The project duration is up to 3 years.
2. The position is temporary and coterminous with the project.
3. Selected candidate may have to travel for field visits as part of project activities.
4. The shortlisted candidates will be informed via E-mail/Phone.
5. No TA/DA will be paid if called for interview.
