Job Overview
The incumbent will support the formulation development team for development of cosmetics and commodity products. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet the development timelines. Must have Innovation mindset to create a cost effective product matrix of innovative products for the business. Candidate will be responsible for the development of quality products as per business requirements in a predefined network timelines. He/she should have thorough knowledge of chemistry of raw material and their potential activity/function in the products.

Job Description
• Well verse with development of versatile dosage forms in Skin care cosmetic (Creams, Gels, Lotions, face washes) and FMCG commodity product range (specifically disinfectant segment).
• Understand the polymer science and the behavior of various polymers or thickening agents in terms of Rheology and their flow properties.
• Understanding of basic GMP and good documentation practices.
• Innovation mindset for developing differentiated innovative product with differentiated claims matrix.
• Thorough Understanding of Packaging and stability requirement for cosmetic products
• Well collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, trouble shooting and decision making
• Thorough understanding of Cosmetic regulations.
