Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) is the first Pharmacy University in India and third in the world, established by Act 07 of 2008 State legislature of Delhi and functional from 2015. It is 100% grant-in-aid State Government University recognized under 2f and Section 22 of the UGC. The University has the legacy of 57 years starting with the D. Pharm. in polytechnic in 1964 to College of Pharmacy in 1972 and then the institute Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) in 2004 that got converted into DPSRU as it stands now.

Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF-l)

Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for one (I) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound research project entitled, “Supramolecular phospholipid complexed antifungal Nanoparticles for localized and Effective treatment of vulvovaginal Candidiasis . The appointment will be for a temporary period, purely on contractual basis as per the following details.

Department : Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Project Tenure : Initially for one year with provision of extension maximum up to 36 months (based on thej>erformance)

Essential Qualification : M.Pharm, M.S.(Pharm) with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE/GPAT test
Age Limit : JRF-28Yrs
Age relaxation : The upper age limit is relaxable up-to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.

Fellowship : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- Rs.37,000/-p.m in first year. Second years 42000/- in 3" upon upgradation.

Job Description
• The candidate must perform all experimental work related to the project.
• The candidate must manage day-to-day operations and troubleshooting to perform the project related work.
• The candidate is responsible for submission of all documentation work related to the project including submission of progress reports to the funding agency (CSIR).
• This is temporary/contractual full-time position, so biometric attendance is compulsory.
• The candidate must adhere to policies and procedures laid down by the funding agency (CSIR) and the university, (DPSRU).

1. The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. The competent authority> resented the right to reject the candidature of any or all of the candidates without assigning any reason thereof
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed to appear in the interview, and no other communications in this regard v\ill be entertained.
3. Original certificates and self-attested copies of all certificates need to be presented before the interview/final selection for verification. The date and venue of the interview/document verification will be intimated through email.
