Experience : 02 to 05 Years (Male Candidates Only)
Desired profile : • Coordination and evaluation of QMS (Change control. Deviation, CAPA)
• Training Management- Approval of training, allocation of training followed by tracking.
• New product initiation and evaluation/tracking
• Preparation and review of sectional and cross functional department SOP’s.
• To carry out all responsibilities assigned by section head as per cGMP, GDP and zero data integrity
Quality Assurance
Section : ALQA/Finished/ Stability/ Method Validation / Lab QA/GLP Document Control
Post : Officer / Sr. Officer/ Executive
Qualification : M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience : 02 -06 years
Desired profile : • To review protocols of method validation/ verification, stability protocol, calibration, qualification document.
• To review raw material and packaging material specification/MOA.
• To review the stability and finished product data like calculation sheets, COA and summary report. Hands on experience in Quality Control testing of release and stability sample of finished product, review the electronic data, audit (rail, integrations.
Production (BQS Operator)
Section : BQS
Post : Operator/ Sr. Operator
Qualification : Any graduate / Under Graduate/Diploma
Experience : 02 to 04 Years
Desired profile : • To perform daily activities of manufacturing and packing area (Primary & Secondary packing)
• Handling equipment like Blister Packing Machine- BQS (Antras,Pam pack).
• To perform weighing balance calibration & verification activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of Production area along with area log books.
Production
Section : Granulation
Post : Operator / Sr. Operator
Qualification : D.Pharm/ ITI/ B.Sc.
Experience : 03 to 04 Years
Desired profile : • Handling of equipments like HSMG-250, 1-BP, Wruster coater, Blender, Multimill, Comill
• Record and maintain proper documentation of production area along with area log books.
• Perform cleaning activity of equipments and instruments in production area as per respective SOP.
• Perform weighing calibration of equipments and instruments.
