Post : Pharmacist cum Data Assistant (RBSK / NHM)

Qualification : 1. Candidate must possess degree Bachelor of Pharmacy & Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized colleges/universities.
2. Candidate must have valid registration with Pharmacy council or Gujarat.
3. Candidates should have proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi and English languages. Computer literacy and documentation skill is must. Salary : Rs 16000 per month

Important information regarding filling online form
• Only the application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Simple Post will not be accepted.
• A legible photocopy of the original document must be uploaded legibly in the software.
• Photocopies of the following documents will have to be uploaded such as Marksheet of Standard 10 and 12, Leaving Certificate, Graduate Degree Final Year Marksheet, Degree Certificate, Computer Certificate, Gujarat Council Certificate, Experience Certificate, Aadhar Card.
• Applications with incomplete details will be invalid, candidate will not be able to apply more than once.
• Age limit will be calculated on the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in the case of all candidates, the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration.
• Tasks will be conducted as and when required to prepare the merit list keeping in view the number of candidates.
• Correspondence for all the above posts will be handled only through e-mail so the e-mail ID/phone number will have to be verified and entered.
• All final decisions regarding appointments such as increase or decrease in vacancies or cancellation of recruitment as well as the above recruitment process will rest with the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer, Kutch.
