Key Job Description : (Not more than 5 points in 6 lines)
• Handling of In-process Quality Assurance functions. To ensure that defined and approved IPQA checks are being followed, documented during Dispensing, Manufacturing, filling, capping and Packing stages.
• To ensure the compliance to the Current Good Manufacturing Practices in the plant.
• To ensure compliance of sterility assurance activities involved in aseptic product manufacturing with approved site procedures.
• This includes intermittent monitoring with respect to aseptic practices, used aseptic techniques and behaviour of personnel working in aseptic area.
• To review of Smoke study protocol, report and Video recording. To authorize the final document approval in absence of Head Quality Assurance.
• To participate in regulatory audits & its compliance.
• Review & approval of Process validation, cleaning validation and aseptic process simulation protocol & reports.
• Review & approval of change control, deviation, incident reports, OOS, OOT, non-conformance, CAPA in consultation with Head Quality Assurance.
