Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility Minimum Qualifications :
M.Sc./M.Tech. (Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Life science, Biomedical Sciences/Engineering, Veterinary/Agri culture Sciences, Computer/Data science, Environmental Science or relevant Life science discipline), with minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable Qualifications :
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-leam) for any of the following: multi-omics integration; medical/crop image analysis; plant sciences; remote-sensing-based soil analysis, sequencing data analytics, protein engineering; drug discovery, or related tasks.
• Experience handling Big-Data relevant to life sciences or related data and Basic programming skills (Python, R, or MATLAB).
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and multimodal learning concepts.
• Candidates must have proficiency in scientific writing.
• Qualified NET/GATE or equivalent national-level examination.

Fellowship Duration : Until March 2026 (Extendable as per DST-GoG Approval)
Fellowship : Rs. 40,000/- per month consolidated as per DST, GoG guidelines.
Research Associate (RA)

Eligibility
Minimum Qualifications : Ph.D. (Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, or related experience in Life Sciences).
Desirable Qualifications :
• Hands-on experience with omics data analysis; Experience in predictive modeling within the One Health framework and/or AI/ML model development with application to biotechnology, including areas such as image analysis, NLP, or LLMs.
• Experience in multi-modal datasets across domains such as clinical, agricultural, environmental, and imaging data along with knowledge of data visualization tools and biostatistics for interpretation and communication of scientific findings.

• At least one peer-reviewed publication in a reputed journal within a relevant research area; Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate scientific concepts clearly; and Proven capability to write research proposals and grants aligned with funding agency priorities.

Project Manager

Eligibility Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, AI/ML, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline with strong foundation in machine learning, applied statistical methods and programming skills.

B.Tech.. in Computer Science and related discipline with strong foundation in machine learning, applied statistical methods and programming skills.
Desirable Qualifications :
• Experience in working with diverse data modalities including signals, images, and time-series data, along with exposure to various state-of-the-art deep learning architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
• Prior experience of working with health data.
Age Limit : Up to 30 years on closing date of advertisement
Duration : Until March 2026 (Extendable as per DST-GoG Approval)
Fellowship : Rs. 24,000/- per month as per DST, GoG guidelines.
General Terms and Conditions
• Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their CV, qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and the candidates are required to attend at their own expenses, no TA/DA will be provided.
• This post is purely temporary up to March 2026, however extendable as per DST-GoG approval.
• Appointment will be made initially for 6 months and further extendable subject to satisfactory performance. It would, therefore, not confer any right for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in the organization.
