Job for Pharmacist under Office of the CMHO

According to the approved action plan of the district for the financial year 2023-24 under the National Health Mission, District Balod and as per the instructions given in the Human Resource Policy 2018, National Health Mission / District Health Committee, District Balod Chhattisgarh. Advertisement is being published for the following contractual posts.  For this, interested and eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed form through registered post/speed post from 06/09/2023 to 20/09/2023 till 05.30 pm in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Balod (on office days).  Have been invited. Applications received after the prescribed date and through ordinary post/courier or other means will not be accepted. The details of district level posts and reservation wise vacant posts are as follows.

Salary : Rs. 10,000/-

Qualification : 1. B.Pharma passed or 2. D.Pharma passed and CG.  Live Registration in Pharmacy Council (Ultimate Proficiency List will be prepared as per simple number 01 after 02 above in priority order)

Application related guidelines
1. Applicants can download the application format from the district website balod.gov.in. 
2. Incomplete and erroneously filled applications will be rejected and will not be included in the selection process.
3. In case the candidate applies for different posts, separate post wise application and D.D.  It will be mandatory to attach it otherwise the application will not be accepted.  
4. It will be mandatory to attach the prescribed application fee along with the application form for each post by making a DD (Demand Draft) in the name of "District Health Society Balod" drawn by a nationalized bank, which is non-refundable.
5. Candidates should compulsorily write their full name and applied designation in pencil on the back side of the demand draft.  
6. Without application fee (through demand draft) and DD in wrong name.  The application will be considered incomplete and will not be included in the recruitment process.
7. The application form will be rejected if applied without the application fee (Demand Draft).
The details of application fee are as follows
Honorarium per month<=25000

General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
• All the posts are completely on contract basis, whose recruitment is done by National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.  This will be done in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the.
• Mere application will not ensure one's selection.  Before releasing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked and only if found correct, further action will be taken for their selection.
• Contract Honorarium:- Monthly lump sum honorarium and other amounts during the contract service period as per the provision of ROP.  Apart from this, no other type of allowance/facility will be payable.
• The above contract period will be till 31 March 2024, in case the work evaluation is satisfactory, the said period can be increased as per rules.  Contract posts will automatically be canceled if regular recruitment is done.
• Contract appointment can be terminated by giving notice to the selected candidate at any time after appearing for work.  Similarly, the said candidate will have to give one month's notice before submitting his resignation letter, otherwise one month's salary will have to be deposited.
• In case of equal marks, the candidates will be decided on the basis of their date of birth.  Candidates whose date of birth is earlier (older in age) will be given priority.
• Candidates having special reservation qualification (Disabled/Ex-Servicemen/Women reservation will be as per rules) will have to attach relevant documents issued by the competent authority.  Otherwise, if such candidates do not attach the certificate in the application form, they will be included in the general category.
• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class category candidates will have to produce permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
• The said contractual post will be non-transferable and it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting as per the appointment order.  In case of not being present at the prescribed time and place of posting, the appointment of the selected candidate will be automatically cancelled.
• Applicants should be sent to Chhattisgarh.  You should be a native resident of  Residence certificate issued by the competent authority will have to be submitted.   
• Candidates should paste their latest passport size photograph at the specified place in the application form, attested by them.   
• No traveling allowance/expenses will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the interview/skill test.   
• It will be mandatory for the candidates working in government/semi-government institution to attach the no objection certificate issued by the employer in the application form.   
• After selection, all selected candidates will have to fill a bond that they will take No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned officer to apply elsewhere.   
• The Collector and Chairman District Health Committee will have the sole authority to take the final decision on any dispute and problem arising during the recruitment process on the basis of the recommendation of the District Level Selection Committee.  Which will be valid for all applicants.   
• Candidates whose services have been terminated under National Health Mission due to indiscipline/financial irregularity/improper behaviour. Or whose service has been terminated by any other government department, irrespective of the post they held, they will be considered as ineligible candidates.  Being done   
• Due to administrative reasons, the number of posts in the notified vacancies can be increased or decreased or can also be cancelled.  Whose authority will rest with the selection committee/employer.   
• Reservation: The provision of reservation will be implemented as per the roster system prevalent in the district.  
• Any record/document submitted separately by the candidates in claim objection will not be accepted.  Only the claims submitted earlier regarding the documents attached with the application will be accepted.   
• It is mandatory for the candidate to ensure to review the published preliminary eligible-ineligible list, otherwise the applicant himself will be responsible if any kind of error is found after the claim objection.
