Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Shall have experience in IQ, OQ, PQ, EQ, DQ.
• To review and keep track of due Re-qualification activities as per Master Validation Plan.
• Maintaining logs or other documentation required for qualification as defined in respective SOPs.
• Co-ordination with concerned departments for qualification activities.
• To Monitor & review qualification activities & documentation of equipment, instruments, facility, utility and other documents.
• Co-ordinate training activity for Qualification section.
Sr. Officer / Executive : Technology Transfer - QA
No of post : 02
Experience : 3-6 Years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Monitor & track TT activities pertaining new products from R&.D or other sites as per timeline.
• Co-ordinate with Customer/Client, Production, QC, R&D and QA for completion &. availability of necessary documents for product transfer.
• Evaluate gap analysis, risk assessment before start of site transfer activities for site readiness.
• Monitor pre-exhibit, Exhibit, validation batches manufacturing and timely submission of data of Exhibit batches to RA for submission.
