National Health Mission by amending Advertisement No. 11 / 2022. Under Koderma district, applications are invited for appointment on the following posts on contract basis for a period of one year.

Pharmacist - NUHM

Essential Qualification :
• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Salary (Rs. Per month) : 12,000/-
District Pro - MIS Operator cum Store keeper
No of post : UR-1
Essential Qualification :
• Diploma in Pharmacy with good knowledge of computer operation.
• 2-3 years' experience of working in store.
• Minimum 2 year of Post Qualification relevant experience from reputed organization.
Salary (Rs. Per month) : 14,013/-
Note :
Vacancies can be increased or decreased as per requirement.
1. Computerized application in the prescribed form for all the above posts along with necessary documents through registered post/speed post at Chief Medical Officer cum Chief Executive Officer District Health Committee, Sadar Hospital Complex, Koderma dated -28.09.2022 05:00 PM. Will be received by noon.
2. Details of other conditions of appointment, eligibility, application fee, age, application form etc. can be seen on the website of Koderma district koderma.nic.in and the notice board of the undersigned.
3. Applicants who have applied in the earlier advertisement number 01 / 2021 and feel that their application was not complete, such applicants can apply again.
PROCEDURE OF SELECTION :
The process of selection is determined as follows
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in academic and technical examinations / written test / skill test / interview, one or more, as applicable.
• All the candidates will ensure to send the application form through Registered Post / Speed Post only.
• The finalized merit list will be published in the office of the Civil Surgeon/Deputy Commissioner for a week. The information about the publication of the merit list on the notice board will be given through the newspaper.
• According to the advertised qualification, the shortlisted candidates by the committee will be included in the further selection process.
• For the selection process, the resolution number 821 of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, dated 05/02/2021 will be valid.
• The decision of the District Health Committee regarding the appointment process will be final and binding.
• The conditions of advertisement can be amended by the committee as per requirement. No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained in connection with the appointment.
Process of Application :
• Attested copy of required mark sheets and certificates in the prescribed format from the candidates having above qualification cum qualification, residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, caste certificate, matriculation related to date of birth The application can be submitted in the following prescribed form enclosing self attested two passport size photographs along with the certificate and application form. Applications received after 05.00 PM of the date -28.09.2022 will not be considered.
• On submission of application in any other office, their application will be automatically canceled.
• Application fee Rs.400/- for general category/backward class/extremely backward class applicants for each post, Rs.200/- for SC/ST applicants, it will be mandatory to attach the demand draft with the application form. Draft will be payable in the name of District Health Society, Koderma / District Health Society Koderma.
• Application complete in all respects can be submitted in closed envelope by registered post/speed post to the office of Chief Medical Officer cum Chief Executive Officer, Sadar Hospital Complex, Koderma, Pincode 825410, District Koderma. Provide the following information clearly on the top of the envelope otherwise the applications will not be considered.
