In pursuance of Govt. of Manipur, Sect: Health Dept. letter No.MED-1704/5/2021-HS-HEALTH dated 4th September, 2021, eligible & intending candidates are invited for contractual engagement of staff for the following posts for COVID Hospitals at Kiyamgei (200 bedded) & Kakching (100 bedded) & LMO Plants at Porompat & Kiyamgei, Imphal East under Health Department initially for 6 (six) months.
Post : Pharmacist (Allo).
No of posts : 8 posts (COVID Hospital, Kiyamgei-5; COVID Hospital, Kakching-3).
Remuneration : as per FD(PIC)’s norms [50% of 1st cell in the level of pay matrix under RoP-2019] @ Rs 14,600/- per month.
Essential Qualifications required for the posts : Passed 10+2 Examination in Science or equivalent from a recognised Institute. Trained in registered Diploma in Pharmacy of a recognised Institute.
Candidates should possess all essential qualifications on the day of interview.
Upper age limits : 38 years(Unreserved), 41 years(OBC) and 43 years(SC/ST) and 48 years(PWD). Qualifying date will be as on the date of notification as per Date of Birth given in Class-X certificate.
Reservations : as per State Government policy.
Candidates shall PHYSICALLY SUBMIT the filled-in APPLICATION FORMS & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS in the Directorate of Health Services, Lamphelpat from 10AM to 4PM DAILY from 10th to 18th September, 2021 including Sundays & holidays on cash payment as follows

Medical Officer : Rs 1000/- (Rs 700/- for SC/ST/PWD)
Other posts : Rs 800/- (Rs 500/- for SC/ST & Rs 300 for PWD)
Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply / submit in separate Application Forms with separate Fees/ Charges. Please submit the Application Forms as early as possible to avoid rush on the last date.
• Lists of ELIGIBLE Candidates with allotted ROLL NUMBERS will be notified ONLINE in the official website manipurhealthdirectorate.in from 21-SEP-2021 onwards. List of Rejected Candidates (or incomplete documents) will also be uploaded in the official website.
• Date & Time of Interview will be notified in the website. Interviews may tentatively begin from 27-SEP-2021 onwards. Eligible Candidates shall collect their ADMIT CARDS physically from this Directorate while coming for interview.
• Candidates shall wear face masks and maintain COVID APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR.
