Recruitment for Pharmacists (9 posts) in District Health Society

District Program Management Unit, District Health Society, District Panchayat, Sector-12, Gandhinagar, for a period of 11 months, various vacancies have to be filled under the following National Health Mission on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply as per the form given below.

Qualification :
Degree in Pharmacy from recognised university or equivalence.
It is necessary to register as Pharmacist in Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.

Candidates with the above qualifications can apply from the Gandhinagar District Panchayat website gandhinungaridp.gujarat.gov.in from "11 Month Contract Based Recruitment (Health Branch)" or from the office address here: 2nd Floor, Health Branch, District Panchayat, Gandhinagar, Sector - You will be able to get it in person during office hours during the current working days (from 10 / 09 / 2020 to 18/09/2020). Only RP AD at self-cost in such a way that your application along with certified copies of all the required certificates as shown in the application form can be received by the office here by 25/09/2020. Must be sent by speed post only.

The name of the place for which you are applying should be written on the cover of the application form and a separate application should be made for each one. After verification of the application, merit will be included in the merit list and merit will be called for verification of the original certificate.
