Technical Competencies :
• Operation of the Equipments like reactors, dryers, centrifuges etc. are as per the instruction given in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) or other related documents.
• Monitoring and controlling the production process on the shop floor as per the instructions given in BMR.
Behavioral Competencies :
• Ensures delivery of accurate and complete work within designated timelines.
• Builds and maintains productive relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
• Understands and follows the Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures relevant to job accountabilities
