Jamia Hamdard was conceived as a seat of higher learning in Unani Medicine, Islamic Studies, Biosciences, Pharmacy, Nursing and other areas of knowledge by its founder as a means of fulfilling the objects of the wakf. Over a period of last ten years, Jamia Hamdard has emerged as an outstanding institution of higher learning with distinct and focused academic programmes.
Applications are invited for temporary position under the DBT- sponsored project on “Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility” at Jamia Hamdard (Coordinator Prof. Shakir Ali).
Post : RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
PhD in Life Sciences, Microbiology or Bioinformatics with at least two research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journals. Candidates must have experience in advanced knowledge of Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics and use of molecular modeling tools.
Consolidated emolument: @ Rs.36,000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
Duration: 1 year
Age limit: 35 years
