Before the adoption of the portfolio system in the Government of India, all governmental business was disposed of by the Governor-General-in Council, the Council functioning as a joint consultative board. As the amount and complexity of business of the Government increased, the work of the various departments was distributed amongst the members of the Council only the more important cases being dealt with by the Governor-General or the Council collectively.

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in an organization under Cabinet Secretariat on Deputation basis. The details with regard to Pay Structure, QRs etc that are required to adjudge their eligibility/ suitability are as under:

Post : Pharmacist

Pay: In PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20,200/- Grade Pay-2800/-) [Level-5 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix] The post carries a special security allowance of 15% as admissible from time to time as per Govt, orders.

For Deputation
Officers of Central Government: (a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in Civil Organizations; or (ii) in the Pay Band -l(RS.5200-20200/-)and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-with five years of regular service in the grade and (b) possessing the following qualificatior
(1) 12th class pass from a recognized Board
(2) Diploma in pharmacy from recognized institution registered under Pharmacy act of 1948 (8 of 1948)

 

1. The vacancies are subjected to change.
2.The term of deputation will be governed as per DoP&T OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay II) dated 17 June 2010. The deputation will initially be for a period of three years. Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
3.The department officials who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

4.The maximum age for appointment by deputation shall not exceed fifty-six years as on closing date of receipt of application.

6.The officers who are appointed on deputation basis can be posted anywhere in India as per requirement of the organization.
7.How to apply: Neatly filled application typed or in own handwriting on A-4 size paper in proforma (as per Annexure) should be forwarded on following address. The envelope should clearly mention on top 'Application for deputation for the post of Staff Nurse / Pharmacist'.

8.The last date of receipt of application is 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.
9.The application for deputation in the prescribed Proforma (Placed at Annexure) along
with attested/certified copies of ACR's/APAR's of the last 5 years,
Discinary/Vigilance clearance/ Integrity certificate, certificate regarding major penalty during last 10 years of service, and Educational qualification, experience, NOC and other certificate should be forwarded through proper channel.
10.Incomplete applications and those received late and/ or without the requisite enclosures should be summarily rejected. No correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
11.Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
12. The Department reserves the right to modify/ withdraw the notification at any time.
