Job Description
• Responsible for completing assigned data processing activity in a timely fashion and to first time quality
• Support assigned Data Management activities from study start-up to database lock
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Data validation and cleaning
- Generation and integration of data queries
- Conduct Medical coding if assigned
- Conduct data reconciliation tasks
- Generation of study reports as assigned
- Identify and report Protocol Deviations
- CRF locking & freezing activities
• Utilize current study documentation including protocol, Case Report Forms (CRFs), data validation guidelines, etc.
• Interact with site (via mail) or support Site Monitoring personnel to retrieve missing data as required
• Maintain the agreed level of productivity, quality and billability utilizing the correct time charge codes
• Provide work status updates regularly to direct supervisor/ designee and raise any issues or escalations as needed
Candidate Profile
Relevant CDM work experience of 1-3 years necessary for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
