BHEL, Bhopal invites applications for its well-equipped 300 bedded Kasturba Hospital  from Para- Medical Staff of Indian origin for the following posts on purely Fixed Tenure  Appointment basis. Preference will be given to the residents of M.P. State.

Qualification: D.Pharm

Experience: Minimum 01  Year post  qualification  experience  excluding  Internship

This Fixed Tenure Appointment is for a period of two years. THE POSTS ARE NOT AGAINST ANY PERMANENT VACANCY. This placement will not lead to any regular/permanent employment in BHEL in future.

AGE LIMIT AND RELAXATIONS
* The date for calculating the cut-off for upper age limit is 01/09/2014. 
* Posts reserved for OBC category are meant only for OBC candidates coming under Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) as defined under Government Rules at  http://www.ncbc.nic.in/Pdf/Aboutcreamylayer.pdf. The OBC candidates who do  not belong to Non Creamy Layer should indicate their category as General only. 
* Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories and Physically Challenged candidates  are exempted from paying the processing fee. 
* Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy  Layer) candidates. 
* Relaxation of 10 years in upper age limit for Physically Challenged Candidates is  admissible. This is over & above to the age relaxation in respect of SC/ST/OBC  category candidates. 
* Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been  domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01/01/1980 to  31/12/1989. 
* Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per Central Government Rules. 
* Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS: The Selected candidates will be paid consolidated compensation as follows :  Rs 22,050 per month.
No other allowances/benefits will be payable. 

SELECTION PROCESS
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of upto 1:10 to the number of  posts, only personal interview shall be conducted.  If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number  of posts, then eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the aggregate percentage of  marks obtained in all years in respective degree/diploma/certificate examination in the  ratio of 1:10 to the number of posts. Personal Interview will be conducted for the  shortlisted candidates.

Final selection will be based only on the marks obtained in the Personal Interview.

Selection list will be drawn based on the order of merit as per the reservation guidelines.

Candidates invited for personal interview will be paid to and fro Second Class Sleeper  train fare/equivalent fare from the mailing address to Bhopal on production of proof of  journey.

PROCESSING FEES: Before the submission of online application form, a processing fees of Rs 125/- is to be  deposited by the candidate. This non refundable processing fees (Rs. 125/-) is payable  by Gen and OBC candidates only. This fee is to be paid by depositing an amount of  Rs 125 in the BHEL Bhopal - Power Jyoti Account No. 30855948540 in favour of M/s  Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal at any State Bank of India branch through a  challan available at our website only. After depositing the fees the candidate should  ensure that bank has allotted a Journal number (Host Trace no.) on the copy of the  challan. This number is to be necessarily entered by the candidate while filling the  online application form. Candidates are required to keep a copy of this challan with  them and also send a copy of this Challan to BHEL along with the Acknowledgement  slip at the time of applying. However SC, ST and Physically challenged candidates are  exempted from paying the Processing/Examination fees.
