The National Center for Biological Sciences (NCBS) and JKScientists are excited to launch WINGS, a winter internship program for motivated students who want to explore research and take their first steps into the field. This 8-10-week program gives participants hands-on research training in the laboratories of NCBS’s beautiful Bangalore campus, working alongside active research groups.
Over the course of the internship, interns will engage with cutting-edge science, build practical laboratory and analytical skills, and connect with a community of researchers and fellow students. WINGS is designed for students who are curious about research and want to understand what a scientific career looks like from the inside, while developing the skills and confidence to pursue one.

Duration : 2 months at NCBS
Stipend : ₹10,000/month
Accommodation : At NCBS
Eligibility : Final-year Master's students in STEM.
