• Apply reverse engineering and explore new analytical technologies.
Production – OSD (Compression)
Area : Compression
Positions : Operators & Executives
Experience: 2 – 7 years
Qualification : ITI, Diploma, B.Sc.
Key Job Roles – Operators
• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved batch instructions.
• Perform machine setup, tooling changeover, start-up checks and routine troubleshooting.
• Maintain process parameters and record results.
• Complete batch records and equipment logbooks.
• Follow CGMP, SOPs, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with Production, IPQA, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and line clearance.
Key Job Roles – Compression Executives
• Plan, supervise, and execute compression activities.

• Review BMRs, equipment logs, and production documentation.

• Operate autoclaves and terminal sterilizers; monitor and document sterilization cycles.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety, 5S, and documentation requirements.
Executives – Manufacturing QMS – Key Job Roles
• Maintain and implement cGMP, compliant quality systems.
• Manage deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control and effectiveness checks.
• Review and maintain SOPs, batch records, logbooks, quality records and documentation.

Job Description
• Maintain and troubleshoot injectable manufacturing lines including breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control systems.
• Work with Production, QA, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and statutory requirements.
