Applications are invited for the following posts under ICMR funded project titled “Antigen-Specific Activation and Stem-Like Memory CD4⁺ T-Cell Responses After Visceral Leishmaniasis Treatment and Their Immunological Links to Post-Kala-Azar Dermal Leishmaniasis” (Project Code: P-14/0826), sanctioned under Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Centre of Experimental Medicine & Surgery, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Post : Project Research Scientist - II (Non-medical)

Experience : 3 years of experience or PhD in the above-mentioned subject (as specified in the essential qualifications).
Qualification :
Essential:
1. First Class Post Graduate Degree in Applied Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Botany / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Zoology, including integrated PG Degrees, with three (03) years’ experience or PhD in the above-mentioned subject.
2. Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Applied Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Botany / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Zoology, including integrated PG Degrees, with PhD in the above-mentioned subject and three years’ experience.
Required skills / Desirable qualification : Candidates having prior experience in cellular/molecular immunology work and cell culture will be preferred and encouraged to apply.
Age Limit : 40 years
Monthly Emoluments : ₹67,000/- + HRA, as admissible
