Key responsibilities :
• Investigations (Complaints, Deviations and OOS / OOT) review.
• Site visits for inspection support and CAPA verification.
• Annual trend report (Complaints, Recalls & FAR) preparation.
• Global trackers management.
• Monthly / weekly report preparation.
• Support for Complaint Log in Management.
Note : Candidate must have worked / be working in manufacturing site catering to US Market.
