Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on an ongoing project sponsored by BFI-BIOME, under the supervision of Prof. Balaram Ghosh, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.
Post : JRF (1 position)
Project Title : Preclinical Translation of AH22 : A Highly Selective and Potent Novel Epigenome- Targeting Anticancer Therapeutic Molecule
Duration of the project : 9 months, candidates will get PhD enrollment upon fulfillment of the other Institutional requirements
Eligibility requirements : Master's Degree in Pharmacology / Medicinal Chemistry (First-class) from a recognized university with a valid GATE/NET/GPAT/DBT/DST/ICMR/CSIR score. Candidates with prior experience of working with cell based in vitro studies and experience in animal handling & dosing will be given preference.
Preliminary shortlisting will be based on a resume and telephonic/audio-visual interview within a week of the last date of application. Only the selected candidate will be informed through email for the final interview online. Selected candidates may be permitted to register for the PhD programme at BITS Pilani, subject to the fulfilment of the requirements. The continuation will be based on the performance of the candidate, which will be evaluated periodically by the supervisor and the Departmental Research Committee.
