Post : Project Research Scientist II Non Medical and Project Technical Support

Project Research Scientist -II (One post)

Tenure of post : 1 year* *Extendable
Salary per month : Rs. 67,000 + 30% HRA (Non-Medical)
Essential Qualifications
i. M.Sc. (First Class) with a Ph.D. degree in relevant Life Science subjects such as Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
ii. Minimum one year of post-doctoral research experience in the relevant field.
Desirable experience
i. Experience in molecular biology and related laboratory techniques.
ii. Publications in indexed peer-reviewed journals.
iii. Experience in scientific writing, including manuscript preparation, project report writing, etc.
iv. Knowledge of biostatistics and bioinformatics tools.

Project Technical Support- III (One post)
No of post : One
Tenure of post : 1 Year* *Extendable
Salary per month : Rs. 28,000/- + 30% HRA
Essential Qualifications
i. Three Years Graduate degree in Life Sciences + three years post qualification experience or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences..
Desirable experience :
i. Experience in handling biological samples, including sample collection, processing, storage and maintenance of sample-related records.
ii. Experience in basic molecular biology techniques.
iii. Experience in maintaining study-related records, documentation, databases and project reports.

General Terms and Conditions :
1. Applicants should note that the appointments to be made purely temporary and there is no right for claiming for any regular appointment in NIMS.
2. Tenure of the post will be initially for one year and extendable based on the requirement.
3. No T.A/D.A will be paid for attending the interview or for joining the post.
