Job Description :
• Working in shift production shop-floor activities.
• Processing of batches.
• Online filing of BPRs and records.
• Performing online documentation and SAP-related activities.
• Operating equipment such as reactors, Sparkler Filters, Candle Filters, centrifuges and dryers as per SOP.
• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP and Data Integrity.
• Experience in USFDA- and MHRA-regulated API manufacturing plants.
Quality Control (API / FML)

Qualifications : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharma
Experience :

Job Description :
• Awareness of sampling and testing of RM / excipients.
• Experience in HPLC, GC, IR, UV, dissolution, polarimeter and potentiometric titrations.
• Knowledge of KF / PSD by Malvern.
• Awareness of current Data Integrity and cGMP requirements.
• Experience in stability studies.
• Knowledge of handling OOS / OOT / deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP, etc.).
• Knowledge of LIMS software.
Instrumentation (API)
Positions : Officer / Executive / Associate / Jr. Officer
Qualifications :
• BE / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication — Officer / Executive
• Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication — Associate / Jr. Officer
Experience :
• 5–10 years for Officer / Executive
• 2–7 years for Associate / Jr. Officer
Job Description :
• Good knowledge of calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of software for handling deviations and investigations for root cause analysis.
• Good knowledge of instrument working principles, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• GMP documentation and updates as per new guidelines / regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of GAMP-5, 21 CFR and computer system validation.
• Basic knowledge of safety norms to be followed in day-to-day working.
• Knowledge of SAP, QAMS, EDMS, etc.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA and DAS systems.
