Life Sciences Fellowship at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up following positions against the DBT-funded project entitled “Identification of heat stress-specific biomarkers to develop a biosensor for formulating mitigation strategies in high yielding dairy animals” at the BRIC-National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad. (PI: Dr. Pankaj Suman)

Post : Research Associate-I (One post)

Eligibility : Ph.D. in Animal Sciences / Veterinary sciences / Life sciences

Desirable Experience : Candidate having experience in transcriptional/epigenetic regulation of metabolite or protein regulation, selection of aptamers, generation of monoclonal antibodies will be preferred.

Age : 35 years

Fellowship amount : Rs 47,000 + 24 % HRA (If applicable) as per the DST guidelines.

Candidates are advised to complete the online application form before the last date to avoid last-minute technical issues. Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email, and interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee online. Original documents supporting date of birth, educational qualifications, and experience certificates must be submitted at the time of joining. The decision of the Screening Committee & Selection Committee will be final. No need to send a hard copy. Interim inquiries will not be entertained.

Note : Only Provisional Degree Certificate or Convocation Degree Certificate will be accepted as proof of educational qualification. Experience certificates must be issued by the Head of the Department/Office.
