Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience : 0–5 years (in Sterile / Injectable Plant)
Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Required skills :
• In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities in sterile manufacturing.
• Implementation and maintenance of QMS.
• Review and approval of documents (SOP, BMR, BPR, etc.).
• Batch record review and change control management.
• Validation activities (process, equipment, cleaning, etc.).
• Deviation, OOS and CAPA handling.
• Regulatory and customer audit support (USFDA, EU, etc.).
• Ensure GMP compliance and quality culture.
Quality Control (QC)
Experience : 0–5 years (in Sterile / Injectable Plant)
Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Required skills :
• Analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products (sterile).
• Operation and analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution and other analytical instruments.
• Method validation, method transfer and routine testing.
• Microbial testing and environmental monitoring (as applicable).
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements (IP/USP/BP).
• Documentation, data integrity and laboratory compliance.
• Stability sample analysis and trend review.
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Experience : 2–5 years (in Sterile / Injectable Plant)
Qualification : M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Required skills :
• Method development and optimization for injectable products.
• Development and validation of analytical methods (HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Visible, dissolution, etc.).
• Analytical method transfer and technology transfer to QC.
• Troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
• Documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Handling of stability, forced degradation and method robustness studies.
• Preparation of analytical reports and data interpretation.
