FARD – Senior Executive
Experience : 2–4 years
Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Pharm.
Skills required :
• Formulation analytical method development using LCMS/MS, preferably using Waters make.
• Formulation analytical method development using HPLC/GC/IC/Potentiometry.
• Regulatory analytical experience is mandatory.
FARD – Senior Executive
Experience : 2–4 years
Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Pharm.
Skills required :
• Experience in analytical method development, validation, method transfer, and regulatory filing support.
• Exposure to oral solid dosage forms (IR, ER, DR Tablets/Capsules).
• Experience with regulatory markets such as USFDA, EU, and ANVISA submissions.
AR&D – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience : 2–4 years
Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Pharm.
Skills required :
• Method development using HPLC and GC.
• Exposure to handling analytical equipment such as GC, HPLC, KF, Potentiometer, IR, and UV.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, analytical validations, and regulatory knowledge.
Process R&D – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience : 2–4 years
Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Pharm.
Skills required :
• Literature search and route scouting.
• DMF-driven development, CMC awareness, cGMP, and ICH compliance.
• Preparation of development reports, process descriptions, and documentation.
• Structural characterization through analytical data interpretation (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR).
Formulation R&D
Experience : 2–4 years
Qualification : M.Pharm.
Skills required :
• Conduct literature review, pre-formulation, laboratory, scale-up, and process evaluation activities for product development.
• Prepare protocols, batch records, Product Development Reports (PDRs), stability reports, and other development documentation.
• Monitor stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory quality requirements throughout development.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, specifications, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, training records, and laboratory systems.
Process Engineering (API)
Experience : 4–6 years
Qualification : B.Tech / BE Chemical
Skills required :
• Support process development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities by providing engineering inputs for safe, robust, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Perform engineering calculations, reaction kinetics studies, material and energy balance preparation, and laboratory/pilot plant experiments to evaluate process feasibility and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain process engineering documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment mapping, PDS/PDS, scale-up reports, and technical documentation.
• Conduct process safety assessments, risk analysis, solvent recovery studies, validation batches, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
