Post : Project Manager, Incubation Executive

Project Manager
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of BioNEST incubation programs, startup engagement, mentorship and ecosystem activities. The role will involve coordinating with startups, mentors, industry and institutional stakeholders, monitoring program milestones, maintaining project documentation and supporting timely reporting and implementation of BIRAC–BioNEST activities.

Remuneration : Up to ₹0.75 Lakhs per month
Key Qualifications
1. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Pharmacy / Management or related field.
2. Relevant Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, research, program management or related roles.
3. Project Monitoring: Experience in monitoring project KPIs, budgets, milestones and government-funded programs.
4. Program Execution: Experience in planning and executing incubation programs, startup cohorts, mentorship and capacity-building activities.

Incubation Executive
The Incubation Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the BioNEST incubation facility, including startup onboarding and coordination, documentation, MIS/data management, program and event coordination, mentor engagement and administrative support for incubation activities.

Remuneration : Up to ₹0.40 Lakhs per month
Key Qualifications
1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Pharmacy / Bioinformatics / Management or related field.
2. Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of preferred experience in startup incubation, program coordination, research, entrepreneurship or project administration.
3. Incubation Support: Ability to support startup onboarding, program activities, workshops, mentorship sessions and events.
4. Technical and Communication Skills: Strong MS Office/Google Workspace, communication and coordination skills.
