Qualification : M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Required Skills & Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (QC)
• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, and other laboratory equipment, as applicable.
• Perform analytical testing in accordance with approved analytical methods and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Support Analytical Method Validation, Method Verification, and instrument qualification activities, as applicable.
2. QC Microbiology
• Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
• Perform microbial limit testing, sterility testing, and bioburden testing, water as applicable.
• Carry out media preparation and growth promotion testing (GPT).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and laboratory documentation.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
• QMS: Handling deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, and investigations.
• Lab QA: Review of laboratory documentation, analytical records, OOS/OOT investigations, and GMP compliance.
• Qualification & Validation: Execution and review of equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and validation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
