Analytical Method Validation
Role Summary : To support and execute Analytical Method Validation activities, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance for API products at our Udaipur API Plant.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and support Analytical Method Validation (AMV) as per ICH guidelines.
• Monitor and review analytical data for accuracy, reliability and compliance.
• Support method development, technology transfer and validation activities.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QC, Production and R&D teams for sample analysis and method transfer.
• Prepare and review reports, data summaries and validation documents.
• Support data integrity, deviation management and CAPA related activities.
Key Qualifications
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D.
(Chemistry / Pharmaceutical / Analytical)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Pharma R&D & Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, USFDA, WHO, etc.).
Technical Skills
• HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV Spectroscopy and other sophisticated instruments
• Method validation & data analysis
• Method development & technology transfer
• Data review and interpretation
Executive - QA (QMS) - API
Key Responsibilities
• Deviation Management & Investigation
• Change Control & CAPA Implementation
• OOS/OOT Investigation & Resolution
• Risk Assessment (QRM) & Risk Mitigation
• APQR Preparation & Review
• Audit Handling - Internal & Regulatory
• eQMS System Management & Compliance
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Chemistry
Experience : 3–6 Years in API Industry
Executive - QA (QMS) - API
