Roles & Responsibilities :
• Utility Qualification (HVAC, Purified Water, WFI, Compressed Air, Nitrogen).
• CSV knowledge with Qualification/Validation Protocols and Reports.
• Cleaning Validation: MACO calculation, protocol/report preparation.
• Equipment Qualification: DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ (i.e. autoclave, tunnel, etc.).
Area of Work : IPQA
Designation : Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharmacy
Experience: 3–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Perform line clearance and in-process checks from Dispensing to Dispatch for Aseptic and TS products.
• Collect product/validation samples and conduct Environmental Monitoring in Grade A, B, C, and D areas.
• Handle QMS activities (OQL, OOS, PNC, CC), CCTV review, control sample management, and batch record review.
PRODUCTION
Area of Work : Executive

Qualification : B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / MSc (Chemistry)
Experience: 3–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in injectable formulation in a regulatory plant.
• Should have experience in filling, manufacturing and vial washing, tunnel, Autoclave / Terminal sterilization & supervision activities.
• Should have exposure to media fill, BPR compilation, Investigation, OOS and OOT investigation.
Area of Work : Operator
Designation: Technical Assistant / Senior Technical Assistant
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any 3-Year Degree
Experience: 3–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Should have experience in injectable formulation in a regulatory plant.
• Should have knowledge in filling, manufacturing and vial washing, tunnel, C RABS AND Autoclave / Terminal sterilization operation.
