(b) If there are more than 3 vacancies for a specific post, candidates will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:3 for each vacancy.

70% weightage (maximum 70 marks) will be given to the marks obtained in the degree/qualifying examination.
20% weightage (maximum 20 marks) will be given for work experience gained in AYUSH hospitals/clinics.
A weightage of 10% (maximum 10 marks) will be assigned to the personal interview.
5. As decided in the recruitment committee proceedings, candidates must possess the minimum required experience—relevant to the post applied for—gained at hospitals or clinics registered under the KPME (Karnataka Private Medical Establishments) Act. Applicants must attach to their application a salary certificate covering the last three months of service, issued by the head of the institution where they were employed. For experience gained in KPME-registered hospitals/clinics, 1 mark will be awarded for every three months of service (amounting to 4 marks per year), subject to a maximum limit of 20 marks. No marks will be awarded for the minimum mandatory experience required for the respective posts.
6. Candidates included in the eligibility list will be called to appear for a personal interview.

2. If the selected personnel are found to be repeatedly absent from duty, or if complaints are received from the public, they shall be terminated from service without any prior notice. 3.
