Gepach International is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Post : Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage production operations and achieve production targets.
• Ensure cGMP, EU GMP, QMS and SOP compliance.
• Production planning and resource optimization.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations.
• Ensure BMR, BPR, logbooks and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering.
• Support EU GMP, regulatory and customer audits.
• Lead and develop the production team.
Candidate Profile
• Strong pharmaceutical production experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of cGMP and EU GMP.
• Experience in plant operations and team management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
