5-9 years Responsible for Upstream processing, vial revival, seed propagation, Media & Seed preparation. Bioreactors operation Handling QMS elements like change control. Deviation, CAPA. OOS. OOT for downstream process

Bioassay - Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification : M.Sc./M.Tech/ B.Tech (Biotechology & Biochemistry)
Bioassay - Executive/Sr. Executive
Experience: 5-9 years Responsible for TNF-a neutralization cell-based potency, ADCC and CDC assays, ELISAs, Binding assays, Experience in cell culture techniques, Potency assays method validation, understanding of dose-response curves, relative potency, assay validity, atypical results and QMS
Biochemistry - Executive/Sr. Executive
Experience : 5-9 years Responsible for analytical method transfer and validation of biochemical lab related testing methods (e g.. Host Cell Protein (HCP), Host CHI DNA (HCD). Residual Protein A (RPA) CE-SDS (Cap«llary Electrophoresis), SDS, WBT etc but not limited to) for in-process samples and finished products
