The foundation – of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University (originally known as Agra University) was laid on the 1st of July, 1927, as a result of hectic efforts of a band of enthusiastic educationists like Rev. Canon A.W. Davis, Munshi Narain Prasad Asthana, Dr L.P. Mathur, Lala Dewan Chand, Rai Bahadur Anand Swaroop and Dr Brajendra Swaroop,

Applications are invited from eligible candidates as per the Guidelines of UGC/AICTE for recruitment to the Guest Faculty Positions (under Regular/SFS Scheme/Department) for academic session 2026-27 in different subjects in the following Departments/Institutes of the University.

General Instruction
1. Candidates are requested to carefully read the General Information & Instructions before filling up the Application Form available on the University website : dbrau.ac.in/
2. Candidate can fill online application form available on university Samarth Portal website: https://dbraurec.samarth.edu.in.
3. Last Date for submission of online Application upto 15.10.2026.
4. Deposit the fee category wise as per the instruction given in the application. the prescribed fee 1000. Note- fee will not be refunded in any case

5. Candidates after submitting their applications through online shall send self-attested photo copies of their all academic/required documents regarding their claims along with printout of online form till 20.10.2026 on 05:00 PM through Registered/Speed Post only in the office of Registrar (Residential Wing), Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra (U.P.) 282004. 6. The envelope should be of A-4 size. In case of applying for more than one post candidates must deposit fee for each post and send their application form along with document in a separate envelope.
7. Documents required to be submitted with application form.
(i) Candidate should submit all the supporting documents for all the claims made in the application form namely: Eligibility, Achievements and publications etc.
(ii) The University will get verified all the documents in support of qualification, experience etc. submitted by candidate, from the issuing authority. If any document is found to be false/fake in correct at any stage of verification before or after appointment, the document in question shall lead to termination of his/her appointment
8. The University reserves the right to:
• Withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
• Not to fill up any of the advertised positions.
• Increase or decrease the number of posts.
9. The faculty empaneled and engaged as an Assistant Professor for sharing the teaching load on period basis under Self-Finance Scheme will be paid Rs. 600/- per period to maximum payment of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
10. The Candidates are also advised to visit the university website periodically for further information and updates related to the recruitment process.

11. Application, incomplete in any respect and without relevant Certificates/Documents/ Photographs/Orders, as desired or without requisite Fee will be rejected.
12. Candidate applying for more than one position shall apply separately and must submit applications fee for each application.
13. A candidate already in employment is required to submit the 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of submitting application form or at the time of interview.
14. Experience and Qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application form.
15. No T.A/D.A shall be paid for attending the interview.
16. No claim for regular appointment/regularization shall be entertained at any stage.
17. No 'Interim Correspondence' shall be entertained.
18. No separate information/intimation shall be given to candidates. All informations will be given on the University website.
